How does mobile pet grooming actually work?

We pull a self-sufficient van into your driveway with warm water, electricity, climate control, and a full grooming setup onboard. We do not need to hook up to your home utilities. A full groom typically takes 60-90 minutes. Your pet stays in the van the whole time, one-on-one with a fear-free certified groomer.

Do you need access to my water or electricity?

No. Our vans carry their own warm water, generator, and climate control. We park, plug nothing in, and leave no mess behind. All we need is a flat parking spot wide enough for the van.

How much does mobile pet grooming cost in Durham?

Full grooming sessions typically run $95-$195 depending on size, coat type, and condition. De-shedding treatments run $95-$195. Severely matted coats and rescue-style appointments run $125-$250 because of the time required. We quote breed-specific over the phone before booking.

Is the van really dog-free for cat appointments?

Yes. Cat appointments are scheduled on dedicated cat-only blocks. The van is cleaned between dog days with cat-safe products, and we use scent-controlled handling so your cat doesn't smell the previous client. This matters more than most owners realize. Feline stress is largely driven by scent.

What doodle cuts do you offer?

Teddy bear (rounded face, longer body), kennel cut (short and even, lowest maintenance), continental (traditional poodle silhouette), and seasonal summer cuts. We hand-scissor the finish on all of them. Clipper-only cuts on doodles look choppy.
